Unable to upload image from Google Drive or Dropbox to Image Gallery Widget

I have images in a folder in Google Drive. When I try to add a link in the Image Gallery widget, they simply do not show up. I have also tried adding links to images in Dropbox with no image showing.

How do we make this work, or do all images have to be uploaded to Jotform before being used?

Thanks for patiently waiting. I found out that the reason why the image is not showing is due to an incorrect link that you are using. You have to use the direct URL instead of the mask URL of the image. You can use Google Drive or Dropbox but you have to construct the direct link manually. Here's a useful guide I found for Google Drive and Dropbox. I tried manually creating the URL for your Dropbox as defined below:
