Hi
I want to cancel my subscription now but I can't remember my password and when I ask for a recovery password to send to my email, nothing comes. Please advise.
Please get back to me asap.

Hi Nelson,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I didn't find any account or form associated with the email address you used for this thread. However, I found an account with the username nelsonmandollar that is linked to a Gmail. If you are familiar with the username and you have access to the email email address it is associated with, you can perform a password reset so you can log in to them again. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
