    Hello my account is suspended. I have just signed up and created one form for rental application. Let me know if you need anymore information.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I checked your account and found that it was suspended due to your Rental Application Form offering a fake service. Also, you are not using a business email. We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms. You may provide us with the following information to confirm legitimacy:

    1. The URL where your form is used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Ticket #14564551 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Reach out again if there's anything else we can do for you.
