Review before submit button gets blank page when testing on a mobile device.

    I now have a problem only on my Google Pixel 6 phone where the email page is missing and shows review and submit on a blank page. I have to click review and submit on a blank page to see the review page. Another phone I have which is a Google Pixel 4A works smoothly with no blank page. The photo below is from the Google Pixel 6

    Hi Isaiah,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it using my IOS device to see if I could replicate the issue but everything worked fine the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my results:

    To confirm, have you tested the form using your Google Pixel 6 device on Sunday? If so, please note that there are conditions on your form that hide the fields when the date picker field data is on Sunday. I've cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you please try it again after disabling the mentioned condition or wait for Monday to see if that would work?

    Yes, I tested this form on a Sunday with the pixel 6. The conditions I have set hide the date and paragraph pages that tell people the form is only open on Sundays. The problem still shows on my pixel 6. I don't believe it is my phone as other people have had this issue today as well.

    My goal is to have the form open one day a week for orders and be closed on other days. Customers trying to submit the form have had trouble seeing the review page.

    Thanks for reaching back to us. Since we can't replicate the issue from our end can you provide the following:

    • OS version of your Device
    • Name of the mobile browser you used

    Also, if you have not done it yet, can you try to use a different mobile browser so we can isolate if its a browser specific issue.

    Desktop - Windows 10 - Google Chrome: The form operates normally.

    Phone Google Pixel 6 - Android 12 - Google Chrome: Missing Email page and is replaced with a blank page. Edge Browser: The form operates normally.

    Phone Google Pixel 4A - Android 10 - Google Chrome: The form operates normally

    All devices are up to date


    How can I allow my customers to not worry about the type of OS or browser they have?

    Hi Isaiah,

    Thanks for reaching back to us. I also appreciate you've taken the time to test it with other test environment.Though you mentioned you've had a couple of user experience the issue, have checked with them if they use the same device? If yes, we may need to collect the OS version of the device and name of the mobile browser the used too so we can investigate further.

    One last thing and since we know it's Google Chrome specific issue on Google Pixel 6 , can you check if you have the latest version of Google Chrome browser? If it's updated, try to uninstall and reinstall the app just in case you have not done it yet.

    After that, please let us know how it goes to help us investigate the issue further if needed.
