Is it possible that all who will fill out my form will be added to my square customer directory?

    Hello Play Toon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, when someone makes a submission to make a payment through your form integrated in Square, the information submitted by the user also lands in your Square account's customer directory. This is part of the process of the payment submission with Square.

The form is not a payment form, it's just a waiver form. Can the info of the one who sign the waiver, like the name, email and phone number go directly to the square customer directory? And thanks for the quick response.

    Hello Play Toon,

Thanks for getting back to us and giving us clarification on what you are looking for. Unfortunately, it's not possible to add to your Square directory the users who do not wish to make payment through your form. The closest solution to what can be done is making a payment but for an authorization-only payment, which means that a submission payment is made but no charge is made against the form user. This also means that you can process the charge at a later date.

To do this, here are the steps how:

    1. Integrate your Square payment field to your Square payment account

    2. Next, scroll down and expand the Additional Gateway Settings panel. You will find there the Authorization Only payment modeIs it possible to add the customers to Square directory? Image 2 Screenshot 41
