Crossbrowser issued on form created in 2010

Asked by guest_23118251014035 on November 07, 2012 at 08:54 PM

    Hi there,

I created a form in JotForm in 2010 and put it on these pages:

    http://ads.officefinder.com/isearch/

    http://ads.officefinder.com/search/

We're having crossbrowser issues with the form's logic in Win8/IE10.

Here's a short screen recording showing you the issue: http://screencast.com/t/0RpxIFOcrjt

Can you advise me on how to fix this?

We've had to change some things with the form after exporting it, so we're hoping there's a code snippet we can add, rather than having to make changes within JotForm and then re-write the changes.

    Thank you

    Theresa

    Hi Theresa,

Upon checking your webpage file souce, I can see that you are embedding your form using full source codes. I am sure that this is a conflicting issue between your site scripts and jotform scripts. Our best way to solve a case like this is to let them embed the form using iframe method:

Please try to have a time to do this solution.

    Thanks
