Client is unable to access App

    Hi there


    I have a client that bought a new phone this weekend and now she is unable to access the jotform for billing access.


    Please assist urgently.

    Hello Xander,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. To confirm, do you mean that your client is unable to access your Anaesthetic Billing App through his phone? I have tested your App through my phone, and I was unable to replicate the problem. Take a look at the screencast below:

    Could you let us know what specific device his using? It would be best also if you advise your client to do a screen recording so we can have a better understanding of the issue. He can save the file in your Google Drive and share with us the link here. Make sure that anyone with the link can access it.
