Jotform Table: Columns are missing from the view

Hi,

I am trying to view one of my tables and the majority of the columns are not visible. I checked if they had been hidden and they haven't.

Please can you urgently respond.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The columns may be disabled from the Manage Column Section in Jotform Table. Let me walk you through on how to enable them:

1. In the Jotform Table, click on the three dots icon beside the main tab.

2. Next, select Manage Columns from the dropdown.

3. Lastly, select all the fields whose columns are missing and click on Update.

Thanks for getting back to us. I already answered with the possible solution, can you please confirm if you have not received it? If not, then I'll start over again.

The columns may be disabled from the Manage Column Section in Jotform Table. Let me walk you through on how to enable them:

Hi - I don't think this is the issue. Please see below for screenshot when I go to manage columns. They are all already selected.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with this. Please note that I compared your Form Field with the Tables columns and could notice that all form fields are displayed on Tables. If you are still not seeing some columns, can you please provide us the name of the column/form fields that you are not seeing on Tables? Also, do you know when this issue started? Are the columns itself not showing or the data in it? Can you please record a video of the issue using Loom and share the URL of the video in this thread? This way we will be able to better understand what is going on. 

As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
