How can I recover my account?

    Hello, Thank you for providing such a great and easy-to-use contact form service. I am writing because I've found myself facing a problem: I am unable to access my account. Awhile ago, I set up a form account for someone I built a website for. The notifications from the form are working just fine. In face, I receive something at least every week. However, upon needing to edit the form, it appears that this form was not created in the same account I've used for my other forms. I can't find the form at all. I don't know what the username/e-mail/password is for this form that I've created. Would there be a way to find the username or e-mail associated to the form in question so that I can regain access to that account?

    Hi there,

    We can transfer these forms to your registered account. Please let us know your JotForm Username so we can transfer your forms created on a "guest account" to your registered one.

    My username is "LindsayDrew". I don't remember what the old username is. My husband and I just sat here trying everything we could think of as well as all of the e-mails we currently use. It may have been on an e-mail we no longer have access to. A possible name for the account with the forms that I need is "spectra"

    Is it possible for you to transfer all of the forms on the account linked above to my LindsayDrew account? If so, how would the process work? And thank you!
