Hello, I want to be able to add UTM parameters to my forms that are embedded on our website. Can you provide me with a detailed guideline on how to do this? And could you please clarify what sort of reporting I will get?
This is kind of urgent, if you could reach back as soon as possible, I would appreciate that.
Thanks.

Hi Moving_info,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To add UTM values from your page's URL parameters to an embedded form, let me show you how:
- Add two Short Text (text box) fields to your form, and alter their labels to match the parameter names found in the URL, as seen in the image below.
- Ensure that the fields' unique names are the same. These are the real names of the variables in the URL parameter.
- If you don't want certain fields to show up in the preview, hide them. To do that, right-click the field and select Hide.
Here's an example link with attached UTM parameters from a page with an embedded form.
If you are passing UTM values in the standalone form, simply append the parameters to the form link, as seen in the link here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
