How to use Jotform App to allow users to fill out my forms?

how can I use the app to be able to send forms that my patients can fill out every day ?? and have it updated in their profiles!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can create your Jotform App and add a Form element to add your Jotform forms to it. Here's a screenshot of the Form element in the App Builder:

As for your second question about users' profiles, can you elaborate on it so we can suggest features that you can use?
