Can I access my account on multiple devices

    I use the app on 2 devices. 2 ipads. I am the only user. I want to be able to share draft forms (incomplete) amongst the two devices even if they aren’t submitted and finalized. Right now I can only access a draft submission on the same device that the from was started on. I like acess to all my draft submissions between the field and my office. Can you help?

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can log into your Jotform account from various devices, but you can't use it simultaneously on multiple devices. Each time you log in from a new device, you'll need to enter a code for verification. After that, you can use the account on that specific device. Also, remember that our basic plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are for one person only. Sharing your login details goes against our Terms of Use. To keep your account safe, don't share your login with anyone.

    In scenarios you need a multi-user account, upgrading to Jotform Enterprise is the way to go. With Enterprise, you can include your entire team and have complete oversight over their activities.
