Embedding a 37-page PDF to the form

I am attempting to convert at 37 page police pre-employment background packet into an interactive pdf format so I can put it out on our website alongside the application.

I am looking for an application to help me streamline this process that will be compatible with CivicPlus.

Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of pages you can convert from a pdf into a different format?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand it correctly, did you mean you want to insert a PDF to your form? In that case, you can use the PDF Embedder widget for this. Here's how to add it:

• In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element+ on the left side part of the screen.
• Under the Widgets tab, search for PDF Embedder and add it to the form.
• On the right side panel, upload your PDF, and that's it.
