2) Can you ask a respondent if they would like us to email them a copy of the form (if we get their email address)

It is possible (and easy) to set up a question that will allow your users to choose whether to receive the copy of the form or not.

Please find the short guide to setting this up:

First, you need to create the actual question.

Once you have the question in your form you'll need to set up a condition that will send the email only if the user selects the "Yes" option.
