Charged silver yearly but got charged monthly again

    I just got charged for the bronze monthly plan when earlier in April I payed for the silver yearly. Not sure what my current subscription is and what happened to my silver yearly.

    Hi Rebecca,

    Thanks for your patience. I checked the image you sent and it shows that it is dated April 2, 2024, and is for a Silver Plan. I also checked your account and it seems you are on the Starter Plan.

    If you have received an invoice for a Bronze Plan subscription, can you share a screenshot of that invoice?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
