How to apply for the non-profit discount

Hi there, Just had a meeting with one of your sales reps Austin from Toronto. Great person btw. The package he offered was a lot out of our price range for now however, the upgrading is not. I am trying to upgrade to the bronze package currently but being a non profit organization how do I apply the discount to my cart?

Hi Amy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Here's how to apply for the non-profit discount.

1. Go to this page.
2. Select the subscription plan and then click on the Get Started button.
3. Fill out the Non-Profit discount application form.

A team assigned to reviewing this will review and approve your application. Once approved, that's when you will upgrade your subscription. Note, the regular price may show up but upon payment completion, what's charged only is the discounted price.
