Reinstating suspended account - Credit card information collection

    I didn't realize the credit card need to be in a specific format. Can this be reinstated please?

    Hi Janelle,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and verified that it was suspended due to your Order Form found to be collecting credit card information, which goes against our Terms of Use. If payment needs to be collected through your form, you need to use any of our Payment Processor Integrations.

    In order to reinstate the account, we need to remove the offending fields from your form. We can do this for you once we get your approval.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with the solution.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Your account has been reactivated. The relevant fields that violate our Terms of Use are also removed. If you would like to collect payment via your form in the future, please integrate with Payment Processors such as Stripe, PayPal and Square etc. Feel free to visit here for more information on the options.
