Our facility just recently upgraded to be compliant with HIPPA laws. Because of this, I am not able to access our account using my gmail. How can I access my account when this is the only email I have been using?

Hi Kelly,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.I checked your account and noticed that you're already subscribed to the Gold Plan, and it's currently active. From the screenshot you provided, it seems the reason you can't log in is because you're trying to sign up instead. Please make sure you're selecting "Login" instead of "Sign-up" when trying to access your account, as shown in the screenshot below:

Weird. Instead of logging in with the Google link, I just typed my username and password and it worked. Hallelujah!
