Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Each form have a QR code ready. Here's how to get and share the QR code.

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
• Then, click on Quick Share on the left side of the page.
• Click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the Share Form section.
• The window that opens up will have the QR code to share your form.
