Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking our system, I saw that you've subscribed 1 year Silver plan on May 2, 2023. It's a one year plan instead of two years plan. Can you let us know the issue that you encountered?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, we saw that you've subscribed the 1 year Silver plan on Apr 5, 2023 as well but the payment has been refunded already.
