Im using lots of forms but my main question is how to make better use of one form inparticular. I use an form that inpurts the detail on particular embroidery projects. One submitted the form auto popultes into Google sheets. My inside sales tem then enter more detail anf eta date son the apparel. Im currently using a white board in my embroidery room to track embroidery projects. How can I use a tv monitor to display an active form for my embroidery team. Id like my mebroidery team to be able not only see the live form but be able to mark complete when its completed. Can jot for then with auto responsed alert my other team members that the job is complete.

Will it also alert the customer that his/her project is completed?
Please help us consolidate communication and stremline our projects. Id love to talk with someone over the phone to explain further. PLease Help

    Hi Scott,

Thanks for using Jotform. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.

Let me answer your questions here. You can set up Notification Emails so that your colleague will get notified when someone has submitted the form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Settings at the top navigation bar.
    2. Choose Emails in the left panel.
    3. Click on Add Email button. Can I set up Notfication Email Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Choose Notificaton Email option. Can I set up Notfication Email Image 2 Screenshot 51
    5. Go to Recipients section.
    6. Input Recipient Email.
    7. Click on Save button. Can I set up Notfication Email Image 3 Screenshot 62

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
