Once you reach your form limit when using free form subissioms, I understand that an email will be sent to the address that is setup on the account. If the account holder decides to upgrade their form submission service, is it an automatic monthly charge to their credit card for each month or does JotForm charge the account holder for one year of service?
What if they only need to upgrade for one month, how do they stop their upgrade charge for the next month? I don't forsee this customer getting near or over 100 form submittles in a month. However, if they did, it may be only once or twice in a year and they would not need to be charge for the rest of the months.
