How to refresh the Stripe payment integration

    Hello,

    I have integrated my form with the payment platform Stripe. I have imported my subscriptions from Stripe into my form and I used to be able to see the products from my Stripe account when I would go to edit the products on the form. Now I keep receiving a message that says "You're not authorized to view stripe subscriptions." This happens whenever I go to edit the "my product" section of my jotform.

    Not sure what to do now.

    Hi Sierra,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I experience the same when I cloned your form. To fix this, remove the My Product list and then add the Stripe again. Adding Stripe will restore the list of your items. Note, this may delete the existing submission on your form, so it's best to download it to have a back-up. Follow the steps below:

    1. On the Form Builder page, click on the My Product List and then click on the trash icon on its right.
    2. Click on the Add Form Elements at the upper right, go to the Payments tab, and then click on the Stripe processor to add.
    3. On the Stripe Integration on the right, click on the Connect button to connect your form with Stripe.
