Refund request for the auto renewal for yearly subscription fee.

    Can I get refund on my auto renewal subscription as I no in use anymore.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As requested, the account has been downgraded back to the Starter plan and we already initiated a refund request. Please note that the refund will be reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
