It is a better practice to embed your form on a web page and simply e-mail the URL of the form.
The reason is that most e-mail providers will dissable scripts on their e-mails (forms rely heavily on scripts).
So there is a high chance that your form would either be sent to the spam folder, or loose all the functionalities when arriving to the end users.
