Refund Policy Inquiry

If I sign up for the yearly JotForm E-Sign Bronze for $19.50 per month. Will I be charged upfront $234? Can I cancel after 30 days? If so, then I will not be charged for the remaining 11 months, correct?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upgrading to Bronze Yearly will charge the $234 upfront. However, our refund policy is only 30 days. Requesting for refund after 30-days will not be granted.

I only need it for about a month. That is why I am asking.

Would it make better sense to do month to month?

Thanks for getting back to us. The 30-day money-back guarantee gives you a full refund of your subscription. But you can only do this once. I would suggest that if you subscribe for a number of days, you can subscribe to a monthly subscription and cancel it so that you won't get renewed automatically.
