I deleted submissions and emptied the trash and it's not showing more available space. How long till it resets?

Hi bricolagecoffee,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated the upload space of your account. However, It seems that you have 68.30 MB of uploaded items in your account, which is almost the upload space limit of the Starter plan (100 MB). If you have deleted the submission, it will go to the trash. We need to delete it permanently to free up some space. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
- Select the Trashed entries option.
3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
4. Click the Delete Forever button.
5. Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.
