Reached Upload Space

I have reomved most of the Forms, but I am unable to reduce the Upload Space Used. i have cleared the Cache for Forms, logged out and logged in. Is there a way to see what is using the Upload Space, I can't seem to reduce it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your forms and I can confirm that the submissions were purged. Therefore, I've manually recalculated your account limits and cleared your form caches. Your forms should now work as expected.
