Birthday field isn't mapping into SF Leads

Hello, I'm trying to map a birthday form field into SF Leads, but the field will not map. I've tried the Birth Date Picker, but the birthday field on the generated lead record is blank no matter what.

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish.
2. Click on the Copy Link button.
