ABsolutely great service! Thank you for the availability. We have all of a sudden stopped receiving the emails. Monday was the last one received. Read the forum, and checked to see if the firstname.lastname@example.org was being used, and it is. Even the test messages are not being received (just tried a couple). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your mail server blocked the message from us due to the following reason:
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message rejected due to content restrictions'
Then, our system placed your email address to the bounced list. Now we have removed your email from the bounced list, so please re-check the email delivery.
Can you try to whitelist email@example.com email on your mail hosting provider side? It is recommended to do this in order to avoid further blocks from your mail server.
