What is causing integration failure with Quickbooks?

    Trying to create invoices in quick books with new form submissions, but its failing - Why?

    The error message says that it can’t create an invoice for an existing customers, only new customers? Is that correct?

    Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    After investigating a bit, I found that the error occurs when the customer, vendor, or employee name you're trying to add or import already exists in QuickBooks Online. You can find more information about it in this article I found online. You can also contact Quickbooks Support here about the error.
