Is it possible to send email to the drop down list?

Is it possible to create a dropdown list of emails so that the person filling out the form can select who they want to send the form to?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, directly, it is not possible. As a workaround, you can add dropdown field calculation values with emails. And add condition to copy the field value.

1. In the Form Builder, select your dropdown’s gear icon to open properties.
2. In the properties panel on the right, go to Options at the top.
3. Turn on Use Calculation Values. And add emails.

• Now add a condition in your form to copy field value.

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on UPDATE/CALCULATE FIELD.

• Now, add an autoresponder email address.

1. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
2. Now, click on Add an Email.
3. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
4. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that you need to add a short text field in the form to copy the field value from the drop-down field. Let me show you how:

• Add a short text field to your form. And then add a condition to copy the field value.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Hi, looks like it works without doing the calculation value and conditions steps.
Just create the drop down list with the emails in the form -> Add autoresponder and select the drop down list as the value. Just one step. Please correct me if I am wrong.
