I need the entire contract to come up in my email so I have a copy of it. Is this possible? http://www.jotform.com/?formID=23127592411145

If what you want to display is the terms and conditions into the PDF file , Simply go to your Submissions view and enable the option Show Headers and Texts

Otherwise you will need to add the text directly  into the email body , you will be able to format it to the desired layout

If you want a very customized template, simply use the toolbar buttons to get the desired effect

Then the second option is what you need to do, simply paste the text into the email body and you will be able to see it into the email notification
