Autoresponder doesn't work

    Hi,

    The autoresponder e-mail message isn't been sent to submitter's e-mail while notification e-mail works without problems.

    Hi,

    It seems the autoresponder email is not able to understand non-english character in the field labels. Like in your Email field (Ваш E-mail). However replacing it with common english letter will make it work.

    Please try changing the Email field label to all english character/symbol.. i.e. "AutoEmail"

    When I did this change, I was able to recieve the autoemail in my test form.

    Please inform us if the issue persists after doing the change.

    Hi,

    Our dev team had already applied the fixes on the 'non-english' character in the email field label, that is causing issue for the autoresponder email not working.

    If you can, we can test this further by restoring the 'non-english' character label you used before on the form's email field -- prior to the one I suggested.

    I did it on my test form, and it work. We should test it on your form also to have better confirmation.
