How to send a reminder email to an incompleted forms?

Is there a way which we can have a form send an e-amil automatically IF the form has not been completed by a certain time?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can send automated reminder emails to people who need to fill out your online forms. Add recipients, customize email content, set up a schedule, and more, and no coding is required. Let me show you how:

1. On the Form Builder page, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. In the Publish menu, click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Choose the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
4. Here, you can edit the email content.
5. Now, click on the Schedule tab and organize your email the way you want it. Select a repeat period, date, time, and start and finish date.

This is good but we need the form to react to NOT being completed as opposed to a remainder. The reminder would send an e-mail regardless no?

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understood it correctly, you want to send a reminder email to the partially completed forms. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
