    Hi Stefano_Allegra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I didn’t fully understand the issue. Did you mean you will send the form to signer 1. Once signer 1 filled out and submitted the form, signer 2 will receive an email. That email contains the submission PDF of signer 1? Now, signer 2 will fill out the remaining fields of the form and then submit it?

Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Stefano_Allegra,

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you asking about the Jotform Sign Document? And you want the Signed Document to be sent to multiple recipients? Take note that the Signed Document will always be sent to the email address that was used for the Jotform account.

Now, if you want to add more recipients for the Signed Document, you can add their email addresses to the CC Recipient input area. Let me show you how:

    1. In Sign Builder, in the Green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Send.
    2. Click on Sent to Sign on the left side of the screen.
    3. Go to the Options tab and add the email address of the recipients that you want to send a copy of the Signed Documents. You can also check out this guide on How to Add a CC Recipient in Jotform Sign.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi Stefano_Allegra,

Thanks for getting back to us. When sending the Sign Document, you will need to manually enter the email address of the signer. Once the document is completed, all the signers will receive a PDF copy of the Signed Document. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Sign Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Send.
    2. Under the Recipients tab, enter the email address of the signers and then click on Send to Sign.

    Hi Stefano,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to send the Successfully signed document email to be sent to multiple recipients. Only the email address entered on the form and the form owner's email address will receive this notification. In the meantime, you can manually forward them.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
