Hello, we have put together a Jotform and on one section in particular there is a strange orange zigzag coloring covering the different county options. It allows us to click on the county and then will show the one that is randomly clicked on. Is there any way to remove this coloring?

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send me the Link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. I noticed that you're using Brick Wall Custom Theme and uploaded a Page image to your form. Let me show you how:
- In the Form Builder, click the Form Designer icon.
- Go to the Themes tab.
- Hover to the Brick Wall theme and click the Remove Theme button.
After you remove the theme, you can see the dropdown element that has an issue will remove the orange zigzag. Then, you can upload the Page Image again to your form. Let me show you how:
- In the form designer, delete the page image.
- Upload the image again.
Here's the result after I removed the Theme and uploaded the page image again:
Then, you adjust your form like form width under the Style tab. You can check my clone form here.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
