Requset to Transfer app and forms.

    Hello there,

    I am new to Allied Machine and Engineering. I need to have the "Fitness Club Benefit" app and forms transferred to me so I can edit and send out.

    Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    Hi Stacey,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the app link and it seems like you have an Enterprise account. This means you have a dedicated support agent. Can you please log into this account and create a ticket from there and one of my colleagues will help you with it. Let me show you how to create ticket on Enterprise Portal.

    1. Log in to the account.
    2. Click on Support in the top right corner. Requset to Transfer app and forms Screenshot 40

    4. Add your request details and click on Submit a request.
