How to submit our Tax-exempt?

    My organization recently decided to start using jotforms, so I purchased a yearly subscription on behalf of the organization. I now need to submit a Tax Exempt form to have the sales tax reimbursed.

Kindly upload a screenshot of your tax exempt document here, or feel free to email it to support@jotform.com. This will allow us to request a tax refund from our payment processors on your behalf and ensure you won't incur any tax charges in the future.
