PayPal Business Integration: Not accepting debit card payments

    We currently have a form that accepts Paypal, credit cards and debit cards. We've had payments go through using paypal and credit cards. However, two people have tried to make purchases with their debit cards. Their registration comes through, but the debit card payment doesn't process. Any suggestions?

    Hello yesccc,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I assumed you're referring to your YES Community Counseling Center - BASICS/CASICS form. Can you please try refreshing the integration by disconnecting the integration and reconnecting it? Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on the Product List field.
    2. Click on the Wand icon on the field, and click on Settings in the menu that opens up.
    3. Now, click on the green Connected button and select Disconnect.

    1. Then, click on Connect and connect the Integration again.
    2. Click on Continue, and that's it.

    Okay. I actually don't see a wand when I click product list. I do however have a button to remove integration, as you see below. I'm assuming that I should click that to remove the payment integration and then reconnect. Please confirm if these are the correct next steps.     Hello yesccc,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can use the Remove Integration Button and then connect it again. Once you have removed the integration you will be able to see the Add Integration button to connect it again.
