I need to keep my response to 1 page on PDF document.

On my CHECK OFF AUTHORIZATIONS AND ASSIGNMENT - the response i get keeps going to 2 pages- i need it one one- and it looks like it could all fit.

How can i get the large text ( the wording in between the name and signature) to take over the whole width not just the left side? This is taking up to much room.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, we don't have the option to make the field labels on the cove the whole width. But what I can suggest, you can lessen the font size to make sure that all responses are on one page. Take a look at the screencast below:

Here's how:

1. From your Form Builder, click on the Dropdown arrow, then select PDF Editor.
2. Click the paint roller icon on the right side of the page.
3. Under the Element tab, scroll down and go to Font size.
4. You can then lessen the font size of each field and make sure it fits in one page.
