How can I use Custom Domain as my Jotform app URL?

I want to be able to point my JOT App url to my custom domain.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, only Enterprise members can change the Jotform Domain name. If you want to learn more about Jotform Enterprise, you can check that out here. But if you want to create a Custom URL for your form, I can show you how to do that:

1. Open Jotform Mobile App, select your form and tap on Edit.
2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, tap on Publish, and then tap on Quick Share.
3. Tap on the Pencil icon on the right side of the form URL and change the name of the form.
4. Now, just tap on Apply, and that's it.
