Change email address

I am trying to change our email address to admin@nsbc.life but it says it is already associated with an account. I deleted the account it was associated with and it still says it is already associated with an account. I need response emails from forms to be sent from admin@nsbc.life

Thank you for your patience. We appreciate it. Deleted accounts would stay for 30 days before it gets fully removed. So emails associated with the deleted accounts can't be used to create a new account or replace an account email.
