Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. We've received several reports about this issue, but as per our developers, this has already been resolved. Can you try it again, and see if you get the same issue?
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. We were informed that It was just a temporary issue that was resolved by itself even before our developers had the chance to work on it to fix it.
