Not receiving notification emails for the submitted form.

    Not receiving registration forms submitted by patients online.

    Hi Maria,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address, and it is not associated with any account. Can you please provide us with the form URL or the email address associated with the account you are referring to? I would suggest you open a support ticket using the account where the form was created.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Maria,

    After checking further. I saw that your email was on saw that your email was on the bounce list due to the following reason:

    bounced (host mx1.emailsrvr.com[146.20.161.1] said: 554 5.7.1 ACL dns_rbl; Client host [152.160.246.165] blocked using sa-ip4tset.blagr.emailsrvr.com=127.22.0.2 Senderscore. Please visit https://senderscore.org/rtbl/ for more information on why this message could not be delivered (G31) (in reply to RCPT TO command))

    I have removed the email, can you please try again
