    Hi Pete Theroux,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. This form belongs to another Jotform account, and it seems the form owner disabled this form from their end. You can contact the form owner and ask them to enable it.

I've checked out your current account. Your Jotform account was recently upgraded to the yearly Bronze plan and has zero forms in it.

Let us know if you need any other help.

Thank you Gaud. Yes the form was made for us by a third-party a few years ago. Is there a way to transfer ownership of the form or to clone the form into my account? I contacted the owner and it is now back up, but there are some changes I’d like to make in the future and it would be great to have full access.

    Hi Pete Theroux,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, we can move the form and the submission data to your account if the current form owner requests it from his/her account using the support forum.

As for cloning, yes you can clone the form as well but cloning will not include the submission data. Let me show you how to clone a form using its URL:

    1. Go to My Forms and select Create Form in the upper-left corner.
    2. Next, select Import Form.
    3. Now, select From a web page and paste the form’s address in the Enter URL field.
    4. Finally, select Create Form at the bottom.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
