Change email integration from mailchimp to madmimi

How do I change the integration from Mail Chimp to Madmimi for a form that i have running?  Thank you

You will need to delete the integration and re-map the fields for the Mad Mimi integration, it's not possible to simply switch it and keep the mapped fields, unfortunately.
