Not receiving notification emails

    We haven’t received any submitted applications since May 1 and people have said they submitted them. Please help.

    Hi Michele,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email logs and see that the notification emails are being sent to the added recipient email, which is f******************@****o.c**. Can you confirm if this is the correct email? Or are you perhaps referring to your email mickiemail@yahoo.com?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Michele,

    There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list. I checked, and furryfriendsrescue1@yahoo.com is no longer in the bounce list. Have you removed it per the instructions below when accessing your account?

    Could you also check your spam or junk folders if the emails are being sent there? I suggest adding noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list to make sure that emails from Jotform are being received.
