How to change the form status

    The caregivers are not able to fill out the pre-hirable forms, they are getting Form Disabled This form has been disabled error. I have deleted quit a few forms and its still not working. f

    Hi starhomecareservices22,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please send the link/URL of the form that you're referring to. There are multiple forms in your account, it's difficult for us to know which is the pre-hirable forms. But I found two forms that are disabled, these are the Background Check Form and Acknowledgement of Employee Handbook. If the form that you're referring to is disabled in the Settings, here's how to enable them:

    1. On the Form Builder page, go to the Settings tab at the top navigation bar.
    2. On the Form Status, click on the current status.
    3. A window will pop up, select Enabled as new Form Status.
    4. Then click on the Save button to finish.
