It says I'm in sandbox, I would like to take my form live and collect payments

I created a checkout form on a free membership and when I went to connect the payment processor I was told that I am in a sandbox membership. I want to launch the form and be able to collect payments. Do I need to have a paid membership with jotform in order to do this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When integrating your payment field to your payment gateway account, you can change the setting from Test/Sandbox mode to Live mode:

Just take note that when switching on different modes, your account will be logged off and then you will log in again.
